So, the question that really needs to stop being asked so much is, ”how can I advertise my business for free?”
You should not be asking that question. Let me explain why.
The reasons I hear are usually like, “I don’t have any money for advertising.”
Well, here’s the thing. You were probably down at the gas station 10 minutes before, right? Getting gas, but then you bought a candy bar and a coffee as well. And, that five bucks right there could have gotten you in front of a thousand people on Facebook.
That is why you need to change your mindset.
The reality is that yes, while there are free ways to advertise your business nowadays – advertise is the wrong word for it.
How you can get your business out there for free is by actually delivering content that people want.
Your customers out there come to you because they have a problem.
Well, you could go make a video and write an article on how you solve that problem. That is going to give you exposure for free.
But the reality today is that you shouldn’t be trying to do this on the cheap because you’ve got competitors down the road that will outspend you.
You’ve got competitors in other states that will obliterate you in marketing spending.
So if you approach it like that you are going to kill your business.
So, can you advertise for free?
